Our nursing home is located at No. 36, Adnan Kahveci Boulevard, Bahcelievler District, Istanbul. The building is owned by the Association for Establishing and Supporting Nursing Homes and is officially registered in the title deed as a "Masonry Clinic" under parcel no. 5, block 603, in Kartaltepe Neighborhood, Incirli Area, Bahcelievler, Istanbul. The total land area is 683 m². The facility currently operates with 45 rooms, facing Adnan Kahveci Boulevard and adjacent to the Bahcelievler District Police Department.

Originally constructed as a clinic in 1956, the building was purchased by the Association in 1962. Since it was designed as a medical facility, it is particularly well-suited for elderly and patient care.

The building consists of 5 floors: 1 basement, 1 ground floor, and 3 upper floors:

• In the basement, there is a kitchen, storage rooms, and a boiler room.
• The ground floor houses administrative offices, a lounge, a meeting room, a tea station, and 11 rooms.
• The 1st floor contains 10 rooms with shared toilets and bathrooms.
• The 2nd floor includes 13 rooms with shared facilities.
• The 3rd floor has 11 rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

Room Features

Each room is designed for single occupancy and is equipped with a TV, bed, nightstand, desk, chair, wooden wardrobe, and an armchair as standard.

• 24 rooms include a private bathroom and toilet.
• The remaining rooms include only a sink, and occupants use shared bathrooms located on each floor.

  • Bathrooms: include toilet, sink, and shower in private and shared facilities
  • Tea station on ground floor: laminate wood cabinetry and countertop

Building Access & Utilities

• Entry is through the ground floor on Adnan Kahveci Boulevard.
• There is one external elevator connecting floors and the garden.
• The building is equipped with thermal insulation, and the exterior is finished with painted plaster.
• Heating is provided by a central natural gas boiler system.
• An external fire escape connects the floors.
• Adjacent to the building?s rear is parcel no. 6 (683 m²), also used as a garden by the nursing home.
• The entire property is enclosed with iron railings mounted on walls marking the parcel boundaries.
